INGREDIENTS:

300ml eggs

salt

1 tablespoon sugar

3 eggs

200g plain flour

lemon rest

oil

INSTRUCTIONS:

we work out the dough from all the ingredients fry in a frying pan simek pancakes with jam or nut.
